Nicole Wolcott

“One of today’s finest dance comedians and a knockout dancer,” (The New York Times) Nicole Wolcott has enjoyed a great career with dance companies, rock bands and video artists around the country and been the subject of a feature article in DANCE TEACHER magazine.  After meeting in 2002, Larry Keigwin and Nicole co-founded KEIGWIN + COMPANY in 2003 and she was the Associate Artistic Director and a featured dancer until 2013. She continues to assist Larry on a variety of projects outside of the company’s framework; most recently as the Associate Choreographer for the Broadway production of If/Then starring Idina Menzel. Nicole also directs the K+C intensives at The Juilliard School each year. Nicole's own choreography has been performed in New York City at a range of venues from The Joyce Theater to CBGB’s and around the country at Summerdance Santa Barbara, Bates Dance Festival, and the Kennedy Center.  Most recently she finished an evening length solo titled PaperPieces. Quinn Baston of Offoffoff.com says, “Nicole Wolcott's PaperPieces is/are all over the place literally and emotionally, but that is somehow perfect.”

The mission of the Mark Morris Dance Group is to develop, promote, and sustain dance, music, and opera productions by Mark Morris and to serve as a cultural resource to engage and enrich the community.
