A proud native of Chicago, Illinois, Lindsey Mandolini is a professional dancer, choreographer, performance artist and dance educator living in Brooklyn, New York. Lindsey began her formal training at the Ruth Page Foundation School of Dance, under the direction of Larry Long and Dolores Lipinski, and graduated from the University of the North Carolina School of the Arts (UNSCA) High School Program, with a concentration in Contemporary Dance. Lindsey went on to New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where she graduated with high honors receiving a BFA in Dance and a minor in Art History. While studying at NYU, she performed in original works by Deborah Jowitt, James Martin, Sydney Skybetter, and Kate Weare. Since graduation, Lindsey has worked for New York-based choreographers including Pilar Castro Kiltz (Ensemble Dance), Hee Ra Yoo (Yoo & Dancers), Regina Nejman (Regina Nejman & Company), and Mary-Elizabeth Fenn (Fenn & Company). As a choreographer, she has presented her own work at Symphony Space, Triskelion Arts, Dixon Place, and the Center for Performance Research; she also choreographes for music videos and live bands. Lindsey currently dances for Erin Carlisle Norton as a company member of The Moving Architects.
