'Sandpaper' A Giddy Diversion

Mark Morris' new "Sandpaper Ballet" brings to mind the old definition of a businessman's musical: easy on the eye, easier on the mind, even if it goes on a bit too long. The light and slight, delightfully loopy sprawl of a pop dance had its world premiere as part of a San Francisco Ballet triple bill...
Morris' "Sandpaper" was the hit of the evening.
