MARK MORRIS CONDUCTING DIDO AND AENEAS
Mark Morris will conduct performances of Dido and Aeneas in three cities as part of the Mark Morris Dance Group’s 2007-2008 Season. Morris made his conducting debut with a performance of Gloria in March 2006, as part of the Dance Group’s 25th Anniversary Celebration at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Morris first conducted Dido and Aeneas at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts in Urbana, Illinois – the company's midwest home.
