DELIVERY

Though we will begin processing your order within 24 hours from receiving it, please allow 12-15 business days for delivery. Shipping is through the USPS Priority Mail.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail. The standard shipping cost is $4.05 (except to Alaska and Hawaii); large or heavy orders may be subject to additional charges.

PHONE ORDERS

Our website is safe and secure. However, orders may also be placed by telephone, Mondays through Fridays from 10am to 6pm (excluding holidays) at .

If placing an order by fax or mail, include:

complete description of the items you require including quantity, sizing, and color (where applicable)

SALES TAX/CUSTOMS DUTIES

United States Domestic Customers will not be charged a sales tax.

International orders may be subject to duties or tariffs. These will be collected by the destination country’s customs office and payment will be the responsibility of the customer. Should a package be refused, it will not be returned to the USA and the total invoiced amount will still be charged to the customer.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products. If the shipping tube or box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail immediately or telephone at 718-624-8400. Claims must be made within five (5) business days of receipt.  Items may be returned within 30 days after receipt of merchandise for a merchandise exchange or a full refund. No returns after 60 days from date of purchase. All sales are final on close out or sale merchandise. No returns on clothing that has been worn or washed. All returns must be in original condition.
