Linda Dowdell

Linda Dowdell is a composer/arranger whose work has been produced at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, University of Texas, and New York’s Summer Play Festival. With roots in both jazz and classical music, she toured the world as musical director of both Mikhail Baryshnikov’s White Oak Dance Project and the Mark Morris Dance Group. In 2007 she was awarded the BMI Harrington Award; other awards include the James Irvine Foundation and Meet the Composer. Linda teaches jazz piano and raises wasabi in Sequim, WA.
