Company member Brandon Cournay will lead participants through movements and choreography related to the performance. This class is open to all levels of experience and mobility; a seated version will also be simultaneously demonstrated during the class

This performance is presented as part of the Festival of NY, a citywide collaborative movement featuring 300+ diverse organizations across all sectors spanning from Memorial Day to Labor Day 2022.
