Intro to Cunningham II

This series is designed for people who have taken Intro to Cunningham or have experience in a beginner cunningham technique class. Cunningham Technique is a form of training designed to create strength and flexibility of both the body and the mind. Clarity of movement in the torso and legs is emphasized with these areas of the body used either in coordination or opposition to one another. You will further develop your skills in spatial awareness, through exercising change of direction, rhythmic precision, and dynamic movement in a fun and non-competitive environment.
