Zoe Couloumbis is a Maryland-born dancer and teacher specializing in American/European contemporary styles, ballet, and jazz. Having graduated with her K-12 teaching license in dance, Couloumbis has gained teaching experience throughout Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New York City, hoping to take her next step into the New York City Department of Education. In addition, she has presented work and performed both nationally throughout the Appalachian region with choreographers such as Kyle Abraham and internationally in South Korea for the Incheon International Contemporary Dance Festival. This past year, she co-founded her dance company, Saltare in Elementis Dance Collective, serving as the Education Director and a choreographer.
