The Mark Morris Dance Center’s widely popular Open House returns to the Dance Center, in the heart of the Brooklyn Cultural District, on Saturday, September 10, 2022. The annual Open House features a day brimming with free classes and events open to the public, including a special Mark Morris Dance Group performance.

Our Student Company I and II students, Arts Immersion Fellows, and Dance for PD® participants unite for a memorable joint performance to celebrate 20 years with our community! Performing excerpts from Mark Morris’s dances Mozart Dances and Pepperland, as set by Mark Morris Dance Group company members, as well as original works by Pamela Quinn, x rance, MMDG dancer Billy Smith and some members of our student body, this performance will showcase that, truly, Dance is for Anybody.
