As we look at ways we can support the black community and lift black voices, we compiled a list of resources that includes black-led dance and arts organizations and groups doing important advocacy work to undo racism. Visit our Resource page to learn more.

Children and Teen Program (Ages 4-18)

All rentals and on-site classes are suspended until further notice. Visit our COVID-19 page for updates.

Online Classes

Our vibrant community can now dance together online. All registered students should have received information regarding virtual classes via email. For assistance in accessing classes, please email us at schooladmin@mmdg.org. Additionally, on demand classes can be accessed by all through our YouTube channel.

The School at the Mark Morris Dance Center offers year-round, community-based dance and music programming in a fully inclusive and nurturing environment, located in the heart of the Brooklyn Cultural District. The School’s diverse and professional faculty provides progressive and non-competitive instruction with all of our classes accompanied by live music. Though we are a non-recital school, there are opportunities for students to perform and for parents to see their dancers in action. WELCOME!
