Our Gaga & Metodika workshop is an enriching physical experience that allows for additional movement research in the Gaga language. Change your rhythms, deepen your research, connect to your sensations and pleasure, and get to know your body’s abilities.

The workshop is suitable for veteran Gaga users and newcomers, ages 16+.
