Intro to Cunningham I

For absolute beginners with relatively little experience, this series is a perfect introduction to Cunningham Technique, a form of training designed to create strength and flexibility of both the body and the mind. Clarity of movement in the torso and legs is emphasized with these areas of the body used either in coordination or opposition to one another. You will learn about spatial awareness through exercising changes of direction, rhythmic precision, and dynamic movement in a fun and non-competitive environment with live musical accompaniment.
