For: Older Adults
Timeframe: at least 5 sessions
You are only as young as your spine is supple. Beginning with a seated warm up and gradually move to standing exercises, this class utilizes somatic techniques from Pilates and Yoga to focus on breath, alignment, balance, core strength, flexibility, and expanding one’s kinesphere.
All classes are accompanied by a professional drummer.
