Restorative Movement

You are only as limber as your spine is supple. Seated or standing, this class draws from a variety of somatic techniques including Gyrokinesis, Pilates, and Yoga to focus on breath, alignment, balance, core strength, flexibility, and expanding one’s kinesphere.

For the time being, we only offer Restorative Movement classes online on the Mark Morris Digital Dance Center.
