Emily Moore
Emily Moore (soprano) is from Minneapolis, where she was raised with deep roots in choral music. She is a member and featured soloist with the Manhattan Chorale, performing at both Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. She performed the role of Ida in Strauss’ Die Fledermaus in the New York Opera Exchange’s 2014 season. She also sang in the chorus for Disney’s studio cast recording of “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” in 2016. Emily is thrilled to return to the operatic stage for this unique collaboration of Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas with the Mark Morris Dance Group in March 2017.
