Intro to House
For absolute beginners with relatively little experience, this class is an introduction to House, a freestyle social dance focused on releasing and grooving. Its roots derive from 1970s and 1980s Chicago and New York nightlife. Composed of African, Jazz, Latin, Modern and Tap influences, this House series is a place to explore movement, rhythm, and house fundamentals in a non-competitive, fun environment.
