THE JAMES AND MARTHA DUFFY PERFORMANCE SPACE
With 3,600 square feet on the top floor of our venue, this column-free studio can be customized to suit your event’s needs. This space features:

- Adjacent lobby, terrace, and backstage area
- Multi-use flooring designed for dance

PRICING: 6 hour minimum required
- Space with kitchen access starts at $500/hour (10% nonprofit discount available)
- Cleaning/trash fee – $200

4TH FLOOR LOUNGE
A bright and welcoming space with large windows overlooking Downtown Brooklyn. Bookings include access to a shared terrace with the option to add private use and a full-service catering kitchen.
CAPACITY: 60 standing | 30 seated
PRICING: 2 hour minimum required
- Lounge and shared terrace access – $100/hour (no kitchen access)
- Lounge and shared terrace access + kitchen – starts at $150/hour
- Cleaning/trash fee – $100
- Resources, amenities and exclusive terrace access available for a fee
