Kristen Hill is a strategic performing arts leader with nearly two decades of experience at organizations including AILEY, the Apollo Theater, Skirball Center for the Performing Arts and Hip-Hop Theater Festival. Driven by data-informed strategies and a deep commitment to arts and culture, she bridges the gap between creative vision and business sustainability for cultural institutions. Kristen attended New York University’s Steinhardt School for Performing Arts Administration and holds a BA in Theater Arts from Rutgers University. She continues to lead with a focus on creative storytelling and sustainable growth for the cultural sector.
