Seated or standing, this class draws from a variety of somatic techniques including Gyrokinesis, Pilates, and Yoga to focus on breath, alignment, balance, core strength, flexibility, and expanding one’s kinesphere.

Restorative Movement Class: FREE 6-Week Series
Embrace the wisdom of your body and move with ease, grace, and vitality. This somatic movement class is designed to engage your whole body through mindful exercises that enhance flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. With intentional movements and relaxation techniques, you’ll release tension, improve mobility, and rediscover the joy of moving freely.
Class will be accompanied by affirmative, upbeat, and restorative music. We will affirm the wisdom of our bodies, foster resource sharing, and build social connections. Creative moments for expression and dialogue will be woven in, offering space to connect, exchange, and deepen our sense of community.
No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to explore movement in a way that feels natural and nourishing. All movements can happen seated or standing. Feel free to bring water and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
