Restorative Movement Class
This somatic movement class is designed to enhance mobility, alignment, and efficiency. Through targeted exercises, you’ll build flexibility, balance, and body awareness while releasing tension and expanding your range of motion.
Guided by music that supports focus and ease, the class also incorporates moments for reflection, skill sharing, and collaboration, fostering both individual growth and a sense of community.
No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to explore movement in a way that feels natural and nourishing. All movements can happen seated or standing. Feel free to bring water and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
Weekly Class at the Mark Morris Dance Center, Fridays, 2:15 – 3:15PM
Teaching Artist: Jaimé Yawa Dzandu
