Teen Summer Dance Workshop (Ages 13-18)
Intermediate / Advanced Teen Intensive
Discover ballet, modern, jazz, and hip-hop techniques in a safe and positive environment, while meeting other teens that share your interest in movement, music, and performance. This program is designed for dancers who are new to exploring a variety of forms of movement. The workshop concludes with an informal showing for family and friends.
You do not have to be a current student at The School at the Mark Morris Dance Center to attend and auditions are not required.

WHO: Students ages 13 – 18, with 0 – 2 years of prior dance experience in at least one genre of dance

One Week Intermediate/Advanced Teen Intensive
Explore the innovative and challenging work of Mark Morris while deepening training in ballet and modern dance. Expand your creative voice with improvisation and develop your understanding of college opportunities through conversations with professionals in the field.
This program is designed for Intermediate and Advanced Level teens who are interested in learning more about the dance industry at large. We recommend having at least 3 years of prior dance experience in modern and/or ballet to register for the intensive. Dancers have the option of registering for Week 1 of the program on its own, or participating in both weeks of the program for further study of movement.
You do not have to be a current student at The School at the Mark Morris Dance Center to attend and auditions are not required.
