We Dance: Postpartum
Designed for caregivers and babies ages newborn through new walkers, We Dance: Postpartum merges the rhythm and fun of dance class with a dancer’s understanding of how to move in physically healthy ways. Class is a bonding experience for caregivers with their child, a chance to meet others in their community, and recognizes the specific needs of a caregiver and new child. It will focus on developing muscle groups to ease the strain of picking up babies, providing cues for maintaining healthy alignment through the spine, and self-care through dancing in community with others, all through fun activities set to musical accompaniment!
