ALBANY – The choreographer Mark Morris and the Scottish songwriter Ivor Cutler were made for each other. Morris has an inimitable way of delivering dance with a subversive little wink, and Cutler, whose ditties accompany Morris’ 2012 piece “A Wooden Tree,” does the same with lyrics. They’re both naughty, silly and hilariously incisive.
