CocoMotion is a New York City native and multidisciplinary artist, dancer, and choreographer. Her accolades include the Guggenheim, PBS, The Apollo, and Brooklyn Bridge Park residency. She is the founder/artistic director of NuTribe Dance Company, an up-and-coming street styles company experimenting with spoken word, dance, and live musicians. As an event curator, she is the founder of Take The Throne NYC, a community-based battle and street styles event. She teaches waacking and hip-hop to schools and studios within the tristate area.
