Nidhi Jain is a writer, singer, dancer, and embodied meditation guide. Embodied meditation is simply connecting to the body and collaborating with your energy, instead of trying to control. We weave together a range of practices or deepen into one: breathwork, pilates, fascia care, voice, visualizations, and more. You can choose a theme, such as nervous system care, grieving, releasing shame, and centering. Benefits can include reducing chronic stress, realigning to reduce chronic pain, improving sleep, reducing gut issues, deeper connection to your needs, creative flow, boundaries, voice, and in general, claiming your full power. Nidhi has twelve years of experience and study in meditation practices, including four years living and working at Buddhist meditation centers in the US. She trained in Hawkins and Simonson dance techniques, has a 200-hour breathwork facilitator certification from Breath Liberation Society, classical pilates mat teacher training through Power Pilates, and endless curiosity and personal study. Nidhi offers a trauma-informed space, centering your needs and experience, and where healing is not separate from our broader world. Healing our relationships to our bodies is inextricably linked to dismantling the oppressive systems that create our need for healing in the first place– we do both, and build liberation together.
