Shantel Prado is a dance and video artist originally from Santa Ana, California, now residing in Queens, New York. Shantel is a co-founder of the performance duo Bait, where she creates and performs live and video based works. She is a video coordinator and archivist for Pageant, an artist-run performance space in Brooklyn, NY and continues to work in the video field creating music videos, supporting fashion campaigns, and producing dance film projects. Shantel has years of experience supporting various dance based marketing campaigns through her time as Digital Media Senior Manager at Gibney. She is an Orange County High School of the Arts alumni and received a BFA in dance from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
