Setup and breakdown time must be rented.
Food and drink are allowed in our reception spaces. The renter is responsible for all décor, refreshments (including cake or cupcakes), paper/plastic goods and favors.
Once the date has been reserved with the receipt of the $100 non-refundable deposit, you will receive a contract for the event, which includes our full list of party policies. We ask that you return a signed copy within 2 weeks of receiving it.
Two weeks prior to your event we will call to finalize the details including the total number of participants. A party assistant will be your onsite point of contact on the day of the event. They will assist you with setup and clean up, any questions you may have, keep the pace of the event on track.
