Party at Escada Celebrates Mark Morris

Pamela Fiori, editor in chief of Town & Country magazine, and Caroline Lerner, president of the fashion house Escada, hosted a reception for the Mark Morris Dance Group at Escada's Fifth Avenue boutique on the occasion of the 2003 Mostly Mozart Festival. Escada dressed the women of the Dance Group for the glittering event, and a portion of the sales from the evening benefited MMDG.
At Lincoln Center, the company presented an all-classical program in collaboration with conductor Ransom Wilson, singers Christine Brandes and Kristine Jepson, The Dessoff Choirs, and the MMDG Music Ensemble. The New York Post praised the evening as "a perfect introduction" to Mark's choreography, "which has the unforced beauty of a waterfall."
