The Essence Experience’ is a dynamic class format rooted in W*acking/Punking, designed to help you uncover and express your unique essence. Through intentional movement, and historical references, the foundational elements of W*acking/Punking are awakened, practiced, drilled, offering students a spectrum of motion to explore, embody, and align with the rhythm of music. Class includes focused drills in solo/group exercises aimed at deepening self-connection, enhancing body and spatial awareness, and developing character. The ultimate goal? Freedom, authenticity, and liberation through dance. This is a high-energy experience that thrives on honesty, presence, and self-determination.  Requirements: A deep love for music—and unapologetically being a Punk.
