Mark Morris Dance Group’s Dido & Aeneasgracefully marries Henry Purcell’s 17th century opera based on the classic mythology of Virgil’s Aeneid with contemporary movement in a lush spectacle of extraordinary dance, exquisite singing, and stark stately sets.

This is the first time that the first two movements of Mozart Dances - Eleven and Double - will be performed as part of a mixed repertory program.
