For absolute beginners with relatively little experience, this class is the perfect introduction to the fundamentals of West African Dance. Each class builds on traditional West African dance techniques, followed by practice across the floor, and culminating in a final phrase.  This is a great series to develop your technique, polyrhythms, and musicality in a non-competitive, fun environment.
