At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India, to embody its infectious energy, expression and movement and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide. The BollyX fitness curriculum has been created by world-class choreographers and accredited by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) to ensure a safe and powerful total body dance workout for all. BollyX utilizes interval training techniques that not only tones your entire body but also burns serious calories.
No prior dance experience is required just a positive attitude and the desire to unleash your inner swagger! BollyX pushes the world of fitness forward to a new kind of experience. Because getting you in the best shape of your life is one thing, but giving you the platform to feel like a Bollywood star simultaneously is a whole other ball game.

View DetailIt’s time to get moving! ZUMBA® is a dance-based fitness class using international music and steps – Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Swing, Tango, Samba, Reggaeton (Latin/Funk), and more. Nonstop energetic routines feature intervals with fast and slow rhythms in addition to resistance training. No partner or previous dance experience required.

Dance Church®
View DetailIt’s a dance class that feels more like a party. Dance Church® is a guided improvisation dance fitness class. The teacher leads class in a series of movement cues, accompanied by a curated playlist of multi-genre pop music. Feel the music and move as your body desires. The mirrors are covered, the lighting is dim, and the music is loud. In this class, be prepared to move continuously for 90 minutes without having to memorize set choreography.

Dance Church® was created by Kate Wallich in 2010 as a communal space for people who want to move their bodies. Classes are hosted regularly in Seattle, Portland, and New York, and have popped up in cities worldwide.
Open to all experience levels.
Dance Church® requires Proof of Vaccination to attend classes. When checking in with Dance Church staff on the 5th floor, please provide proof of vaccination + a valid I.D.
