Salsa
Our classes follow the traditional New York On 2 style. Class starts with a warm-up that covers building blocks for the technical exercises and choreography practiced later in class. These include body isolations, stretching, and styling movements. All classes focus on footwork and musicality. Skills for partnering will be developed, but no partner is necessary for class.
