A wide selection of ballets choreographed by Mark Morris is available to license by professional ballet companies in the United States and abroad. These range from pieces with few dancers to large ensemble works, from solo piano to full orchestral scores, and from lighting only to extensive scenery.

In selecting a ballet for a company to perform, consideration is given to various factors such as the number of dancers in the company, the length of the piece, the style of dance desired, musical forces available, any production requirements, and whether the company has previously performed work by Mark Morris.

The assigned stager will work closely with the ballet company to cast the dance, set a rehearsal schedule, and then stage the ballet. All stagers are very experienced and have worked for many years with Mark Morris.
