As the Annenberg Center’s inaugural Artist-in-Residence, we return to Philadelphia after 14 years with Dances to American Music, a program set to works by American composers Lou Harrison, Henry Cowell, and George Gershwin, performed live by the MMDG Music Ensemble. Featuring the Philadelphia premieres of Pacific and Mosaic and United, along with Three Preludes and Grand Duo.

As part of his residency, Mark Morris has curated a film series of American Musical films. Starting on February 7, these films will be screened weekly.
