BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE

The standard package includes: 

• A dedicated party space for a 2-hour celebration.

  • Up to 20 kids (including birthday child) and 20 caregivers can be accommodated. WeDance classes (4 years old and younger) with caregiver participation are limited to 10 kids and 10 caregivers.

• A dedicated MMDG event manager to serve as a point of contact for the party. 

• A 45 minute customized dance class in a dance studio with a teaching team that includes Lead Teaching Artist, Assistant Teaching Artist and Musician (piano or percussion) that overlaps with the 2-hour party. 

• Two hours of space for a reception that overlaps with the dance class. Tables, chairs, paper goods, ice and garbage/recycling removal. MMDG does not provide décor, refreshments and favors. 

Pricing:

• $700

• Extend the celebration by adding time in the party space at a rate of $150 per hour.

Once the date has been reserved, you are asked to sign a letter of agreement and pay a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance of your party fee is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date. Refunds less the deposit cannot be issued for cancellations within 30 days.
